Q: How do I take Bio-T 350™?
A: The recommended dosage is 1-2 tablets, taken up to three times daily. Do not exceed 6
tablets daily. Since everyone is different we recommend that you start with one tablet per day,
taken 45 minutes to one hour before your first meal of the day. Increase the dosage every 3-4
days (within recommended limits) until you find out what is good for you. We do not recommend
taking Bio-T 350™ more than 4 hours before bedtime. Make sure you drink plenty of water
(at least 16 oz. of water per day per tablet).
One more thing: Since your body will naturally develop a tolerance for any substance that is
continuously ingested, we recommend a schedule of 5 days on, two days off for maximum
effectiveness.
Q: How much weight can I lose?
A: We have found that the average weight loss is 5-10 pounds per month when taken as
directed, although there are no guarantees as to how much weight you will lose, and individual
results may vary. Weight loss exceeding 11 pounds per month or more is not healthy or
recommended. If your weight loss exceeds 11 pounds per month, reduce dosage or eat more.
Because of the way Bio-T 350™ works, you may experience a loss of inches before a loss of
pounds. This is perfectly normal.
